Know Before You Go
Hours of operation are:
Monday–Sunday, 9 a.m.–5 p.m.
The new Portland Visitor Center at 1132 SW Harvey Milk St., Suite 104, in downtown’s West End — just steps away from hotels, shopping and attractions — is open and ready for visitors.
Step into the Visitor’s Center to find your way, or get out of the weather and access wifi, cell phone charging stations, and a water filling station.
Our friendly and knowledgeable travel experts are excited to help visitors plan their itineraries, recommend restaurants and attractions and provide information about events and activities in the area. The center is stocked with brochures from over 200 area attractions and city and state maps so you can get your bearings.
Special Events
Stop by the Visitor Center on the last Wednesday of every month for West End Wednesdays, a multi-stop event celebrating culture, art and community. Create an epic itinerary with help from Portland experts while enjoying some complimentary snacks and an opportunity to win gift cards to other WEW businesses.
